About the Electronics Knowledge Transfer Network

Knowledge Transfer Networks are initiatives supported by the Technology Strategy Board designed to promote specific market sectors or technologies.

The Electronics KTN will pull together the network of UK capabilities across the electronics value chain, from research through to design and product development, including sales and operations. It aims to harness and promote the sector's global potential and facilitate knowledge transfer to help companies realise best practice, while creating a community rich with potential collaborative partners.

The work of the EKTN can be broadly divided into three main activities:

  • The Capability Directory - a fully searchable listing of UK electronics companies to promote knowledge transfer and networking
  • Regional KTN activities – delivered by our local partners
  • National Programme - a set of national themes and conferences covering emerging technologies, areas of excellence and good business practice relating to the electronics industry.
Please contact clare.dennis@cambridgenetwork.co.uk with any further questions.

*The EKTN activities in the East of England region are coordinated with the University of Hertfordshire and geographically cover all London Boroughs north of the River Thames and Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Essex and Hertfordshire.
