EKTN EventsThe Cambridge Network is delivering a series of events in the East of England for the Electronics Knowledge Transfer Network to facilitate knowledge transfer between stakeholders in the electronics industry regarding trends and opportunities which will impact their business.
Future Events
9th September - The Future of Electronics, Cambridge
Come and join the Electronics Knowledge Transfer Network as it takes a critical look at changes in the electronics industry and tries to identify opportunities for stakeholders. Our next Cambridge event will draw on the region’s special insight into; plastic electronics, organic semiconductors, microprocessor design and wireless communications. Talks will be provided by Cambridge Consultants, TTP and Cintelliq.
The event will take place at the Trinity Centre, Cambridge Science Park, and commence at 15:00. The event will conclude with a networking drinks reception where participants will have the opportunity to get to know each other. This event is designed for the widest range of stakeholders in the electronics industry including: components, assembly, products, supply chain, embedded software, environmental impact and standards Organisations and individuals interested attending this event will need to join the EKTN Network. Membership is free and can be undertaken when registering to attend this event.
REGISTRATION FORM (Electronics KTN Member) Past Events 29th May 2008 - Electronic Devices & Supply Chain’ – BT, Ipswich The second regional event took place at BT in Ipswich on the afternoon of Thursday 29th May, with presentations describing key trends on: - Supply Chain Trends from David Bance, Prism Electronics 22nd February 2008 The first of these events took place in Newmarket and was entitled 'Key Trends in the Electronics Industry: What are the Implications for you?'.
