Enabled by generous sponsorship from Taylor Wessing, the Cambridge Network runs a number of events each year in the City of London.
These events have previously taken place in the hospitality suite of the London Underwriters' Centre with magnificent views over the Thames and the City of London - however this venue has unfortunately now closed and a new venue has still to be confirmed.
The CN in the City events take the form of evening dinners for members from the Venture Capital, Investment Banking and Corporate Venturing communities. Each dinner has a theme (we cycle between: Communications, Materials, Life Sciences and Software) and between courses members with 'investible' businesses make brief pitches to intoduce themselves.
In order to ensure the best possible chances of seeding high quality introductions we have to maintain a quota of investors and investees.
