Membership structure

How does it work?
THE CAMBRIDGE NETWORK BOARD

CNL's board of directors comprises a representative of each of the five Founders, plus up to six directors elected by the General Members (one), and Founder Members (up to five). Its President is Professor Alison Richard, Vice-Chancellor of Cambridge University.
         
The rights and privileges of the Founders
Annual Fee
£5000 per annum (Same rate as Founder Members)

Rights and privileges
  • Attendance at Network meetings
  • Ability to post details on the website, such as job vacancies, press releases, seminar advertisements, and other news.
  • Participation in all Network activities and events.
  • Full accreditation on all CNL letterhead and publicity material, including the website front page.
  • Shareholder of CNL
  • Board member of CNL

  • Briefings with the CEO of the Cambridge Network.
  • Opportunity to create and manage Cambridge Network 'Special Interest Groups'
  • Attendance at three exclusive networking events limited to Founders, Founder Members and (at one of these events) a single guest of each such organisation.
  • Attendance at Network meetings.
  • Ability to post details on the website, such as job vacancies, press releases, seminar advertisements, and other news.
  • Participation in all Network activities and events.
  • Full accreditation in CNL literature and on relevant Zones pages of the website.
  • Voting rights to elect a maximum of four of their members to the CNL Board of Directors.
  • Observer rights for CNL Board meetings.
  • Ability to become Founders and shareholders of CNL by acquiring shares from a Founder, subject to pre-emption rights.
