BUSINESS CLIENTS  - Meyer, Mr Matt (matt.meyer@taylorvinters.com)  -  Matt leads an integrated team of 45 business lawyers specialising in property, employment, corporate finance, commercial and litigation.  His team assists the senior management of companies who are working to business plans and corporate strategy through to managing unforeseen challenges or opportunities.  The team's clients range from start-up's and owner managed businesses to AIM listed companies and multinational enterprises, many of whom operate in the life science, telecoms, software and pharmaceutical sectors located in the region's science parks.  The business lawyers help companies to grow, restructure, protect and internationalise their most important assets.   Alongside the team, our property sector lawyers work closely with developers on specific planning schemes involving generic lab space through to specialised clean room facilities.  Our agri-food sector lawyers work on a range of matters from corporate deals and land contamination matters through to leading edge research projects which transcend the traditional worlds of food production and crop-science.

NOT FOR PROFIT CLIENTS  - Turner QC, Mrs Janet  (janet.turner@taylorvinters.com) - Janet leads a team of 20 lawyers who assist charities, trusts, associations and the like in fulfilling their not for profit activities.  They help organisations to grow, establish and evolve their people, property, operations, finances and intellectual property.  Our education sector lawyers work closely with our technology lawyers in the areas of innovation; spin-outs and research centres, ensuring university and private equity deals conclude under the best possible terms.
