In 1997, Capella Recruitment was founded on the premise of providing local businesses with a dynamic agency that met with client and candidate needs. Through the development of excellent professional relationships by gaining strong insight into client requirements, Capella Recruitment has been able to successfully match the right candidate to the right job for more than twelve years, even in extremely challenging markets.

At Capella Recruitment we aim to always take an honest and consultative approach to both our clients and candidates. This is in addition to maintaining very regular contact edging away from the sales aspects of recruitment and focussing largely on the customer care side. We feel this is the main reason we have outstanding client/candidate retention and placement rates as well as high levels of referrals.

We take Corporate Social Responsibility seriously and are rightly proud of our central Cambridge location. We feel this encourages the use of public transport and cycling as well as giving us the opportunity to nurture a true sense of community spirit. We have built strong relationships with our residential and corporate neighbours, which is in addition to passionately and consistently upholding ethical and ecological principles (actively reducing our carbon footprint, cycle to work scheme and a commitment to diversity).
