Demo night for Cambridge technology companiesCambridge is known for top science and engineering talent and research - and many of its innovations are leaving the lab and being commercialised by local startups. Next week four of these exciting companies will showcase their technology at the first Cambridge Technology Demo Night.

Thursday June 18th (6:30pm for a strict 7pm start)
Venue: Coslett Building, Anglia Ruskin University Taking place on Thursday June 18th (6:30pm for a strict 7pm start) at the Coslett Building, Anglia Ruskin University, it will feature seven-minute demonstrations from four great Cambridge startups:
Plastic Logic - display technology (video demo, then talk by VP Technology) True Knowledge - answer (search) engine Timetric / Inkling Software - statistical software (YouTube for time-series charts), Mini-Seedcamp London winner Broadersheet - Hyper Personalised Newspaper After the demos there will be a reception to enable people to learn more about these companies and perhaps find opportunities to collaborate. The evening aims to demonstrate to the Cambridge and UK tech community the great products and companies coming out of Cambridge, showing several technologies/products around a common theme to provoke new thinking in the sector. It also aims to make connections between startups, the local community, and potential partners, investors and advisors. It is NOT intended to be death-by-PowerPoint and/or investment pitches; networking without a focus; or boring speakers talking about macro-scale “industry trends”.
