Emotion AI makes the Seedcamp final 40

Cambridge based Emotion AI, developer of game changing animation automation technology, has been selected as one of the final 40 companies from among the hundreds of applications to the high profile Seedcamp start up competition.

The selection panel for the competition consists of many leading names from the Venture Capital and investment industry and Emotion AI CEO, Ian Wilson, comments that "with such a high profile group reviewing each business plan I think being selected from amongst so many high quality companies is a vote of confidence in our track record, vision and progress so far." The next stage of the competition slims the field to 20 companies and brings with it a week of high value interactions from Seedcamp mentors and potential for investment.

Emotion AI develops software for game / virtual world platforms, animation toolkits and web avatars that automates the currently manual process of producing engaging, expressive, interactive digital characters and digital societies. Having set up business in Cambridge in 2008 Emotion AI aims to become landmark on the Cambridge business community map.
