Travelling throughout our community during November & December Amy invites candidates to pre-book appointments with her to discuss their CV, offering guidance, advice and tips on improvements where needed.

“Many jobseekers CVs that aspire review daily do not capitalise on the holders experience, skills, achievements, transferable qualities, external validations and promotions. In addition many use fonts/colours that are unsightly to the readers eye, contain spelling mistakes, offer repetitive text or quite simply provide a ‘War & Peace’ remake of their lives to date.

Hiring organisations are now scrutinising job seekers CVs for unexplained gaps in employment, duties that do not convey how they performed just what they were meant to be doing, salary fluctuations and unprofessional email addresses. Photographs and Video CVs are also avoided when recruiting as they allow for the potential of discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race etc...” Amy comments.
