Ashton KCJ expands its property teams

Both Residential and Commercial property teams at Ashton KCJ are expanding due to demand.

Ashton KCJ is pleased to welcome a new solicitor, an associate, a paralegal and a secretary to its property teams in Norwich.

Howard Bailey (pictured) has joined Ashton KCJ as a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team from a regional firm in the South where he gained a number of years’ post qualification experience in the commercial property field.

Howard will focus on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of commercial and mixed use premises as well as advise clients on commercial leases, secured lending and development transactions. Howard will work alongside existing members of the team Annette Collen and Genie Barham.

Expanding the Commercial Property team further, Lizza Frary has been promoted to a paralegal and her secretarial role filled by new recruit Emily Greig.

On the Residential Property side, Ashton KCJ welcomes Susan Ward as Associate.  Susan has worked in the legal profession for over 30 years and has vast experience in the local property market.

Susan will work on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages and transfers of equity.  She also brings experience of shared ownership and affordable housing schemes and sales and purchases of new developments.

Ed O’Rourke, CEO of Ashton KCJ commented: “We are delighted to welcome Howard and Susan to the team and are pleased to be attracting so much new talent to the firm.  We are also thrilled to be able to promote existing team members – all of these appointments are an important part of our strategy to continue to grow our Commercial and Residential Property teams across the region.”
