Bidwells secures new key appointment

Bidwells continues to expand and enhance its services across the firm – with another key appointment to its Commercial Building Surveying Team.

Dan Coston has been appointed as a commercial building surveyor and will based at the Cambridge office.

His role at Bidwells will deal with a variety of buildings across Cambridge and key one-off projects for the team.

Dan said: "I joined Bidwells for a number of reasons, one being that in terms of Building Surveying they have the biggest presence in Cambridge.

"Working for Bidwells will be an exciting and different platform, and Cambridge has always been home for me.

"I am also impressed by the Firm's drive to bring in and develop budding graduates and this is something I am keen to be involved with, in bringing new blood to the team.“

Phil Kentish, Commercial Building Surveying Managing Partner, said: "It is great that Dan has joined our team. He is going to be a great asset to us and he brings with him a wealth of experience."

Dan had previously spent four years at Smiths Gore, where he held the position of Head of Architecture and Building Surveying for East Anglia leading teams on key projects. He also led the facilities management team across the country.

Prior to working at Smiths Gore he worked in the West End in London at King Sturge from 2003 to 2011 and before that he worked for the University of Cambridge.
