With particular expertise in strategic land development Jeremy has numerous years of experience in delivering high value development projects. He is pragmatic and tenacious whilst keeping his clients’ objectives as his primary focus. His clients include national housebuilders and developers.
From a Norfolk farming background, Jeremy has been involved with land and property throughout his career. As a result, he has a detailed understanding of the legal challenges faced, and solutions required, by landowning clients and developers active on urban fringe and rural areas.
Jeremy advises on promotion agreements, options, conditional contracts, development agreements, forward funding agreements, joint ventures and landowners’ agreements, buying, selling and funding. He acts for private clients and public institutions as well as landowners and developers.
