IT Special Interest Group looks at the challenges of mobile computing

But making business-critical information available from mobiles in a secure way is a real challenge for IT organisations. Abcam plc, the rapidly growing bioscience company which markets antibodies via its own online catalogue, has announced its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2009. They show a sales increase of 37.8 percent to £31.8m, with pre-tax profits up by 64 percent to £11.2m.
