The parallel between criminal and corporate psychopaths is startling – from a lack of empathy with others to single-minded ambition and lack of remorse for their actions. Often charming and well educated this talk will highlight the effect a corporate psychopath’s behaviour can have on individuals, groups and the performance of the organisation as a whole.
