Business Lecture: Illumina - Leading organizations through complex growth strategies (a Cambridge Network event)

Registration is closed for this event
As the genomics industry leader, Illumina is applying innovation to improve human health. Much of its success is owed to the IP that was developed in Cambridge, and Illumina maintains a very large presence in the area. This talk will show how Illumina seeks to scale their business model to become a global leader in genomics in a changing market.

The US-based company has grown at a double-digit rate for most of its relatively short life. Illumina prides itself on embracing change, and with a strong legacy of innovation and execution, it aims to accelerate from a manufacturer of research tools into a medical diagnostics business. Changes such as this place a huge stress on businesses as they seek to scale their business model.  Key speaker, Sam Luke, Illumina’s Senior Director of Service and Support in Europe, Middle East, and Africa,  will outline how Illumina is responding to the changing demands from the market and the role services plays in that transition.
