We have a full day of planned talks and workshops aimed at employers, employees and job seekers offering practical techniques to recognising issues to maintain a happy and healthy workplace.

The day opens with The One Group, Anglia Ruskin University and Marshall Aerospace and Defence hosting an event focussing on maximising apprenticeships.  The event will include information on the different levels of apprenticeships, how to use the apprenticeship levy, and the benefits of having apprentices as part of your team.

The day includes the following workshops, to assist you with all aspects whilst providing useful insights and tools to enhance your businesses and working lives.

 

Making Apprenticeships Work for your Organisation

How to maximise apprenticeships within your organisation.  If you are looking to build apprenticeships into your talent base, we will be providing essential information on how to    with insights from organisations who already have established successful apprenticeship programmes in place.

Precision Questioning

Ever feel that your language fails to do justice to the complexity and sensitivity of your thinking?

The precision questioning model is a series of challenges to imprecise or lazy language and helps the speaker to reconnect language to experience. Come along and find out how to take greater ownership of language and of the experience it intends to communicate.

Drama for Mental Health
