COEL and Talent Glue are delighted to launch the report from our latest research into the impact of the pandemic on the way we work. This research has focused on our Cambridgeshire community and involved more than 300 organisations and over 1000 people. They offer insight into the specifics of what is happening here and how this might differ from what is in the international business press.
The current environment is putting extra pressure on managers to balance the organisation needs and worker expectations. This research looks at how employers can help their managers to strike a balance in a practical way.
In this interactive session is ideal for managers and for those responsible for workplace environments. We will be exploring
Kelly Drewery, Business Psychologist at Talent Glue and Lizzie Bradbury at COEL will present the findings of their research and offer a copy of the report to all attendees.
