Recruiting the right candidates can be a high pressure task.  Lewis Turner has had many years recruiting for technology companies in Cambridge, attracting highly skilled candidates from around the world. He says “I heard a statistic somewhere that it is 10x more expensive to miss hire than not hire at all, I feel this is probably true enough”. The cost of not doing your ‘homework’ is therefore high, to the candidate and to your company.

This webinar will not be ‘death by powerpoint’ but is a chance to hear from Lewis and discuss his thoughts on successful recruitment. From understanding the role you’re hiring for and the importance of knowing the style of candidate who might provide the right ‘fit’ to your company culture through to having enough time to engage with them to understand their values and, finally, attract them to your company. Find out what might work for you in your company and share common problems in the recruitment process.
