How can businesses reignite a sense of belonging and purpose in their staff? With some employees still working from home and others back from furlough many are missing the work community and global issues such as social inequality have made us all think about what we should be doing to “give something back”. Anne Bailey, CEO of Form the Future, will lead this increasingly important discussion.
The business case for Corporate Social Responsibility is well-documented: it significantly reduces staff turnover, is a great tool for attracting and retaining talent and unites staff with a sense of purpose. However, many businesses, with limited time and budget, often struggle to implement a programme. This webinar will show you how. Anne will explore ways to develop and connect your staff, raise your community profile, strengthen your brand and inspire the next generation and our future employees.
About Form the Future: Form the Future CIC was set up in 2015 to transform careers and enterprise provision in schools and colleges in Cambridge, South Cambridgeshire and East Cambridgeshire. Our purpose is to inspire and prepare young people for their future careers through active employer engagement throughout their education.
The session has been postponed, probably until 2021.
