Rewards in 2020 and beyond
It may not make sense to talk about the "new normal" because the world is still moving quickly, but we wanted to invite you to come together with your peers and talk about what's happening with employee rewards now, and debate the questions that are coming up for the future.
There has been a broad range of organisation experience - some have made significant positive changes to pay while others have seen pay cuts and furloughs - and we would like to give you an opportunity to focus 60 minutes on sharing learning and emerging themes with your colleagues.
The session will open with a brief summary of what issues we're seeing in the market, both in terms of base salary and bonus plans and also the wider employee value proposition, including the impact on the physical workplace, which is top of the mind for many organisations.
We will also be asking a few local HR leaders to share their Covid journey and what changes this has made to the way they work. This will lead into an opportunity for open discussion where we welcome you to share your experiences and plans.
The session will take place at 9:30am - 10.30 am on Thursday 8th October. Participants will be sent a link to join via Zoom prior to the start time.
