Getting a product to market often involves many steps, many people and many processses but often time to get your product to the market is the most crucial factor in future success.
Annie will share the importance of having a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to help you to define what the product should look like, determine competitors' positions, find early adopters and define its features and benefits.
This one hour session will be practical and will move into discussion of questions you want to raise.
Annie is a serial entrepreneur and expert in bringing products to market (19 so far and currently working on another three). She is a product marketing advisor and has mentored over 60 CEOs on strategic product marketing and business planning. She heads up her own company, Magic Monkey
