Outline

The art of playing is well recognised for its creative benefit in childhood development but is often overlooked in adults. Yet exercising the brain’s creative pathways through play based activities is hugely beneficial and results in quicker processing and greater breadth of problem solving potential.

This workshop is hugely practical, warming up with a variety of theatre games to unlock creativity, following on with some problem solving tasks to put skills in to practice, some research based tips for exercising creative potential, and finishing with exploring delegate specific scenarios.

This is beneficial for those wishing to unlock, enhance and exercise creative thinking abilities, or learn activities to repeat in house with groups in preparation for meetings which require creative approaches.
