    4. Simplify and streamline your processes
    5. Optimise your use of information and knowledge assets
    6. Ensure that your business changes succeed
    7. Manage your projects effectively

You can read more about our training, workshops and one-to-one coaching on the RiverRhee website.

Building and developing your team

We help teams and individuals to develop the capabilities that will help you with your work and to interact with each other more effectively.

We tailor the format of our training and workshops to your requirements and preferences.

Our courses are available 'off-site', or we can deliver 'on-site' workshops at your location.

Our workshops can also include team health checks or diagnostics, and the use of personality tools such as MBTI, Belbin Team Roles and NLP to enable you and the team to explore your strengths, what you are doing well, and what actions you can take to help the team achieve and maintain a state of high performance.

Enhancing your management skills

Exceptional managers balance the need to get the job done, with an understanding of the individuals that report to them, and the appropriate level of direction and support to achieve a high performance team.

Our 3-day Introduction to Management course, and our various one- and two-day courses for supervisors and line managers are geared towards those who are new to management, and those who are looking for formal training.  The interactive format combines short presentations to introduce key concepts, tools and examples, with plenty of discussion and exercises.

Above all, we provide delegates with an opportunity to reflect on how they are approaching their roles, to learn from each other, and to practice strategies that will enable them to not only be good, but exceptional supervisors and managers.

Our other courses for managers include:

Delivering consistent quality to your customers

In a competitive market place, and with limited resources, you will want to ensure that you really understand and deliver what your customers want.

We will guide you through proven customer survey and interaction techniques to determine your customers' needs, prioritise resources and build lasting relationships to deliver ongoing value.

Contact us to find out more about how we can help you better understand what your customers value and achieve not only customer satisfaction, but lasting customer loyalty.

Simplifying and streamlining your processes

Everything that we do is potentially very complex: involving the interaction between people, processes and the environment that we work in.  This complexity requires constant study, learning and improvement.

In fact we could regard every problem that we find as a “treasure” that will help us to reduce the future need for fire fighting and associated stress.  Every problem that we find and solve will enable us to improve the quality of what we deliver to our customers, and reduce the demands on cost and time.  Each of these treasures has the potential to improve our productivity, and to help us feel happier in our work!

Our training courses and workshops use process improvement approaches such as Lean and Six Sigma, that will enable you and your team to find those treasures, understand what your resource and time are being spent on, and find ways to deliver greater value to your customers as well as simplifying and streamlining what you do.

Optimising your use of information and knowledge assets

“Knowledge Management is a business philosophy.  It is a set of principles, processes, organisational structures, and technology applications that help people share and leverage their knowledge to meet their business objectives” (after Gurteen)

By improving the way that you access, manage and use your internal information and knowledge your business can become a true 'learning organisation' and build on successes and new insights, rather than repeat mistakes and rely on out-dated knowledge.

We believe that a Knowledge Management strategy will only be successful if its objectives directly support those of the organisation, or are addressing issues that inhibit the organisation’s growth and success.

RiverRhee Consulting has many years’ experience to draw from to guide you to greater effectiveness, productivity and growth.

Ensuring that your business changes succeed

Traditionally two thirds of business change initiatives fail. This is often due to lack of attention to the impact on individuals, poor planning, lack of visible support or role-modelling from senior management, inadequate communication, and generally insufficient follow-through after closure of the change project.

We have a track record of helping teams through organisational and other types of change, and of delivering successful business change projects.

We will draw on our experience and expertise to guide and support such activities for your organisation.

Managing projects effectively

A structured and systematic approach to planning and managing a project can make an enormous difference to the effectiveness of the project and to those involved with it.

Project management techniques can be applied to individuals’ everyday activities, to broader team goals, or to a more strategic programme of work.

With careful planning and on-going management, individuals, teams, and organisations as a whole can ensure that they achieve their operational and strategic goals to the desired time, cost and quality in as painless a way as possible.

Our coaching, consulting and one-day workshop-style courses in Project Management draw on established project management techniques to enable you and your team to develop a roadmap and the necessary components for achieving your current project(s).

We will also equip you with the essential skills and tools to tackle future operational and strategic projects.
