CIR created the first online high tech cluster map for the entire Cambridge cluster of genuine patent holding and R&D doing tech companies - around 750 of them. CIR Strategy founded and manages the high value, technology manufacturing event series HVM Series.
CIR wrote the first HVM Report in 2002, defining and mapping HVM in the East of England. It did this again for SEEDA in 2005 for the South East. This is a powerful set of events with discussions, exhibitions and marketplaces for technology suppliers, high value product makers and assemblers, and brand owners.
