We believe our culture is what helps us develop life-time relationships with our clients. Everyone in our business recognises the strength that comes from pulling together. It makes for success and satisfaction and it is what you can expect from our relationship with you.
In an ever more challenging world, adapting for success is key for every organisation. Tees has seen a huge amount of innovation in the last few years – with the appointment of a non- lawyer CEO, Incorporation and a string of mergers. We are always looking for new ideas and for creative solutions – it’s how we think.
Excellent quality and service is expected from every good business today. You will hear this everywhere you go. But, for it to be truly achieved it has to be part of the ethos of every member of the organisation. That is what we strive for at Tees. The appointment of our first Client Services Director in 2011 emphasises our commitment to delivering ever better quality and service. You can expect us to really listen to what you want and respond with a solution that is tailored to your needs. We can’t promise to always get it right, you wouldn’t expect that, but we can promise we are always looking to improve and we want your feedback to help us do so.
Good value is what everybody seeks – a service that delivers exactly what you want efficiently and effectively. We understand you want the benefit of our expertise and our time to help you resolve whatever challenge you face but you want that service delivered cost effectively. We structure our teams so you get the right level of support at all times. This enables us to offer a range of innovative pricing solutions and, most importantly real transparency around our fees every time.
We are a people business - we offer our people to help, support and guide you. It is what we do and so everyone is important to us.

Whether it is moving home, making a will, seeking employment advice, resolving a family issue or dealing with a dispute, all of these events are very personal to you and we understand that you will want clear, easily digestible solutions tailored to your individual requirements.
