Roem’s services cover the spectrum of training development and provision. Activities include designing, developing, delivering and evaluating Microsoft Office courses, bespoke training and training documentation. Founder Karen Roem offers webinars as well as hands-on courses, either in-house at your offices or at our premises in Cambridge. Our face-to-face courses can also be delivered as a series of shorter virtual sessions over a couple of days or weeks.
Karen also undertakes project-based consultancy assignments and advises on planned or existing training programmes. In addition, she offers one-to-one software support coaching sessions via floorwalking, surgeries or virtually.
