Having established and run my own independent business improvement consultancy for fifteen years, prior to which I introduced, managed and developed a number of internal business improvement and related services, in both the private and public sectors, FACILITATOR SI defines a focussed service majoring on providing expert skills and experience centred on the practice of facilitation.​

Whilst the services I offer under FACILITATOR SI are centred of facilitation, because I have personally been engaged in actually leading on, and doing a significant variety of hands-on work in business process improvement, management issue resolution, strategy planning, change management and project management, I believe I offer a special blend of experience, understanding and skills related to the typical situations for which a facilitator is often used, combined with sound facilitation skills honed over many years of practical, real world experience.

I am also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). 

A Briefing Session in what Facilitation is Truly About

This is a totally free of charge offering, designed and intended to raise awareness and appreciation of what facilitation, and the role of a Facilitator, is truly about. The briefing would be at your offices, and is about an hour long session, ideally aiming for no more half a dozen or so attendees.

Individual, one day coaching sessions in the practice of facilitation. Additional follow-up ad-hoc sessions can be arranged.
