Cambridge Information and Intellectual Property Meeting's IP and Commercialisation half day training aims to equip you with a basic understanding of how to develop, commercialise and manage your Intellectual Property Rights and create an IP portfolio.
This training reviews best practice on how to develop, commercialise and manage your Intellectual Property Rights and build a portfolio. We will review how to go about working with others from the IP perspective, managing Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), creating and develoing your IP strategy, IP policy, and IP matters relating to employees, contracts and Confidentiality Agreements. The training will consider IP management, and provide a framework for establishing a robust practice in house.
Attendees will be limited to a maximum of 15 so there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and consider specific topics in more detail. We encourage attendees to join us for lunch, giving further opportunity to discuss IP and commercialisation issues with the experts and to learn from other’s experiences. Gary Townley from the Intellectual Property Office will be available to discuss IPRs, filing and protection matters from the UK perspective.
Who should attend? Anyone who wishes to learn more about Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, designs, utility models), managing innovation processes and commercialisation of technologies using Intellectual Property Rights.
Cost: £150 + VAT (includes lunch)
Early bird rate applies until 23rd February.
