The CIIPM summer meeting provides an opportunity for knowledge sharing for those engaged with the commercialisation of technologies using intellectual property (IP) and those needing to ensure they have the right information to make business decisions. The July meeting starts with lunch, which leads in to an afternoon of talks and discussions. CIIPM also has a small exhibition where you can learn more about patent information and IP management tools from specialists. We round off the afternoon with a networking reception.
CIIPM speakers in 2018 are from GSK, Marks & Clerk, Oxfirst, UK IPO, Safeguard IP, Coller IP, CFL Software and Taylor Wessing. They will be covering subjects from patent, technology and know-how licensing, to IP valuation, IP audit, and IP insurance. Our information talks focus on finding the right business intelligence, and how to search patents effectively for patentability and freedom to operate. This year our exhibitors include RWS, Minesoft, Questel, UKIPO, EBSCO, CAS, FIZ Karlsruhe, Coller IP and Deep Search 9. Come early and take part in one of our interactive morning workshops hosted by Deep Search 9 and CFL Software. All of our meetings and trainings are supported by the UK IPO.
