19 March 2019 - Significant changes for non-residents
The taxation of UK residential property has changed significantly in recent years. Further changes to the taxation of income and gains from UK land will be made in April 2019 and April 2020, which will predominantly apply to non-UK residents. The changes due to be made will apply to both residential and non-residential UK property. Our first event will look at the key changes for individuals, corporates and trusts.
