Do you know the importance of mental health in the workplace? How can we create an atmosphere of better mental health?
Company Visit to Cambridge Cognition
IoD Cambridgeshire is delighted to hold a members-only exclusive company visit to Cambridge Cognition. Cambridge Cognition was established in 2002 to assess brain health by developing and marketing cognitive test solutions for the pharmaceutical, research and healthcare industries. The original CANTAB cognitive tests were developed at the University of Cambridge by Professors Trevor Robbins and Barbara Sahakian. The tests have been continually enhanced by Cambridge Cognition, a global company supporting clients in over 100 countries including the world’s leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, health organisations, and academic institutions.
In 2013, Cambridge Cognition was listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
In November 2018 Cambridge Cognition launched CANTAB BrainHealth, an online monitoring tool to objectively measure mental wellbeing and workplace skills, such as concentration and planning, which are typically affected when people are struggling at work. During this visit Cambridge Cognition will give a general overview of the company and its markets, what the future holds and a demonstration of CANTAB BrainHealth, which is highly applicable to the workplace and occupational health.
