At this workshop, attendees will learn how to use the latest technology of ANSYS HFSS within the ANSYS Electronics Desktop, to streamline their phased array antenna design and integration workflow, for applications in 5G, automotive radar etc. The hands-on content will focus on utilizing the latest advances in 3D Component, Domain Decomposition Method (DDM) for 5G array design, with a complete workflow example, from element design, array synthesis, analysis and post processing capabilities as well as looking at installed performance. We will also discuss how this can be extended to coupled thermal and mechanical analysis together with how we can develop a completely automated workflow.
