Breakfast Networking: Breaking Down Silos

One of the biggest barriers for organisational growth is the creation of ‘silos’ in the workplace. It is very common in both small and large organisations to have managers, teams and individuals totally focussed in their own area – to the extent that they may not even appreciate the purpose, challenges and successes of their peers and colleagues in other departments.

This way of working can cause duplication, frustration and wasted cost and many missed opportunities.  Rather than people working together, sometimes they work against each other, and this can be to the detriment of business growth.

Join this workshop to learn more about behavioural barriers and how to break these silos down:

  • Find out what behavioural and process barriers are, and how they develop.
  • Learn the ‘how’ to building trust in your organisation.  We will share a fascinating and practical model to demonstrate this.
  • Learn some key tips on how to shift your culture to appreciate the value of cross-functional working.
  • Take away some actions your leadership, management and staff can take to create a productive workplace
