Calling all leaders who are interested in using coaching techniques to support their team’s performance!
We recently began testing our new model of #coaching informed by #designthinking thinking. A big thank you to those fellow coaches who took part as test clients. We are now curious to find out how managers and leaders respond to our slightly revised model. So if you are:
- in a leadership role
- curious about how you can approach post Covid workplace team challenges in a creative way
- open to a coaching approach that could help you rediscover your inner child
...we would love to hear from you.

What we are asking from you is:
· 1-hour of your time to participate in a real 1-to-1 coaching session with one of us over Zoom.
· Your willingness to give us feedback on that experience.

(Coaching principles will apply such as: confidentiality, safe environment, co-creation of output, and boundary management)

When we are ready to scale up the refined model, we will happily share this model with you so you get some hands-on experience of something that you could add to your coaching practice repertoire.
