CAM-IES Industry Workshop

CAM-IES (Centre of Advanced Materials for Integrated Energy Systems) will present an afternoon programme of talks from academic and industry researchers, focussing on commercial energy applications and technologies, such as solar cells, batteries, electronic and data systems.

CAM-IES presents an afternoon programme of talks from academic and industry researchers, focussing on how energy materials can be exploited in commercial applications and technologies, such as solar cells, batteries, electronic and data systems. Industry speakers will talk about what challenges they experience, and which modes of academic interaction they benefit most from. Academic speakers will explore new potential in the research space for commercial technologies.

CAM-IES is a partnership between the University of Cambridge, Queen Mary University London, UCL, and Newcastle University. CAM-IES industry collaborators include Siemens, Shell, Tata Steel, Arm, Johnson Matthey, Applied Materials Inc, NPL, Cambridge Display Technology, Deregallera, Eight19.
