The two-day course will provide participants with an entry-level introduction to IoT technology; an understanding of the principles of digital platform business ; and knowledge of how new technologies can bring about significant change within a business ecosystem.
By combining strategy and technology education, this course will help leaders to integrate technological knowledge and expertise and support a inter-organisational strategy.
Using real-world examples, participants will be taught and supported by leading IfM experts, along with the opportunity to network with other course participants. The course also includes a hands-on component in which delegates can explore Bluetooth signals and sensors with a Raspberry Pi computer.
