Right to Work checks
- Explanation of the emergency measures introduced on 30th March which allow employers to recruit new staff during the crisis. What do the changes mean for your onboarding processes?
Workforce changes & redundancy
- The implications of furloughing some but not all employees.
- Do you still have to inform and consult collectively (with trade unions or employee representatives) whilst the emergency measures are in place?

Tier 2 & 5 visa workers
