With our latest workshop we’re asking the question, do you know the skills you need to develop to become an authentic and communicative leader?

The session will focus on you as a leader, identifying your strengths and biggest focus areas through 12 core competencies.
These 12 competencies are designed to inspire passion in your management and leadership. Whether you have been in a leadership and management role for a while, new to your position, or are just starting to think about building your skills for the future - getting focused on the fundamentals can have a big impact on how you think, behave and feel.
These 12 competencies include;
Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Style/ Flexibility, Great Conversations, Team Management, Relationship Management, Handling Conflict, Delegation, Coaching, Managing Performance, Continuous Improvement and Leading change
About the Speakers
Shaun created 'INSPIRE-IGNITE' Coaching and Training in March 2016. His curiosity for people and seeing them grow and develop is his true passion.
‘INSPIRE-IGNITE’ approach development in three ways - with passion, with energy and with authenticity. Shaun and his associates work with people to ‘inspire passion’ and ‘ignite action’. That means getting people excited about their development, unlocking their potential and, of course, getting results.
With over 15 years’ experience working with diverse groups of people across a variety of industries & sectors, he has spent his talent and learning career in organisations including Caterpillar, Hotel Chocolat, The Environment Agency, Weetabix, Travis Perkins and Ted Baker.
He’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a certified Mindfulness Coach, has achieved the Certificate in Personal Coaching, and Diplomas in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Equality & Diversity. He is also an accredited ‘Situational Leadership’ & DDI ‘Targeted Selection’ facilitator and Global Business Partner for the Clarity4D personal profiling tool - this forms a basis for many of the ‘INSPIRE-IGNITE’ development programmes.
