Inclusive Design: navigating our way back to a workplace for everyone [Webinar]

Inclusive design is a human-centred design process that embraces diversity from end-to-end. It aims to create an environment with equal access and opportunities regardless of individual differences. As every business grapples with the realities of COVID, an inclusive workplace will be more important than ever. Eve will explore how increasing inclusivity by design has far wider reaching benefits than might originally be intended, improving the environment for all, and in turn, benefitting businesses and attracting the best talent.

Workplace trends over the last decade such as activity-based working, employee wellbeing and biophilia have gained in popularity and already offer huge benefits, but implementing these with principles of inclusive design will allow them to stand the test of time, making them more sustainable in the process too. It is our job as workplace specialists to create spaces that can best facilitate a wide range of needs.

These considerations will become even more important as we grapple with the changes to a post-COVID workplace, and should be in the forefront of our minds when we are designing a future for a diverse world.
