This workshop will introduce the key concept of customer journey mapping, and show:

  • what journey maps look like
  • what kind of insight they give you
  • how they can be applied to proposition (re)design

You will also learn the theory of 'jobs-to-be-done' (Clayton Christensen) through practical workshop exercises that can be immediatedly applied in your business the following day!
