Synopsis
In this talk, Dr Mujahid will introduce his Malaysian model of Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin (Arabic for grace to all living things), a concept of empathy and kindness, which sits under the Malaysian Prime Minister’s vision of a shared prosperity, and will demonstrate that religion well practiced can stand alongside the world of modern business.
Speaker Biography
Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa is the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department for Religious Affairs in Malaysia. Under his purview are government funded investments in banks, insurance, plantations, properties, and travel amongst many other sectors.
