If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. But what is it to be mentally fit?

If you’re not mentally fit, you’ll feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, as you handle work and relationship challenges. 80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness.

If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. And much like physical fitness, our mental fitness can be trained, with significant improvement possible in just 6 weeks of practice!

In this webinar you will learn about the 3 muscles of mental fitness and how to build them.

This will be a live and somewhat interactive webinar! You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and questions in the chat / live.

Who is this webinar for?

  • Anyone interested in improving their performance, happiness and well-being in work and life

  • Executives and HR professionals interested in raising the performance and satisfaction levels of their teams

What will you get?

  • An understanding of Mental Fitness and the 3 mental muscles

  • Practical exercises to boost your Mental Fitness

  • A better understanding of how you hold yourself back from even greater success

  • Possible next steps: how I can support you (and/or your team) to develop your Mental Fitness

Preparation

The first muscle to build is our ability to intercept negative feelings and emotions driven by our “Saboteurs”. You can take the free assessment here: www.positiveintelligence.com/assessments

While not a requirement, we strongly encourage you to take this short test and be familiar with the results before the webinar!
