MittFit owner Joe Mitton is joining us to share expert nutritional guidance to help stay productive and motivated throughout the day.

Join Cambridge's resident health and fitness expert Joe Mitton as he teaches you:

  • how to structure your eating habits

  • what to implement in your daily routine to help stay motivated and productive at work

The session will include interactive Q&A for further nutritional advice and myth busting.
