Event details:

This module explains the types of LC system classifications. Following this, the analytical columns used in liquid chromatography are covered in detail (stationary phase, particle size etc.) including the various separation mechanisms at play, normal phase, reverse phase and HILIC.

Delegates will learn how to select an appropriate LC column (dimensions and stationary phase) for their application.

This module is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.

This is module 4 of the Virtual Classroom Training: Practical Essentials of HPLC & LC-MS (total 18 hours over 5 days) and the Virtual Classroom Training: Complete HPLC & LC-MS (total 34 hours over 9 days).

This course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Duration: 3.5 hours.
Scheduled course price: £175 + VAT per delegate.

Independent experts in analytical science providing consulting and training in Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma, Spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry Imaging, Physical & Structural Properties of Molecules and all their related techniques.
