 'Retaining Top Talent Through Powerful Onboarding' is the first in a series of seminars run by Neaves & Neat Employment Services.This two-hour session is presented by Hayley Murfitt of Neaves & Neat Employment Services Limited and Kirsten Smith of Face2faceHR Cambridge who will be sharing their insights on retaining talent through effective inductions and onboarding. 

This session will cover:

  • Bridging the gap between the recruitment and induction processes
  • Why you need to use your recruitment team to enhance the induction process
  • Why effective onboarding is essential
  • The link between onboarding and retaining top talent
  • Onboarding and the employer’s legal requirements
