With over 35 years’ experience as a clinician, a senior leader, facilitator of major programmes of change, and, as an independent organisation consultant and executive coach, Janice successfully combines her skills and experience to bring a unique understanding to her work.
Drawing on her experience as a coach and a midwife, Janice helps those she works with to successfully navigate through complex issues, undertake reflective review and develop sustainable commitment and improvement.
Through strong coaching with emerging leaders, teams & services, Janice enables partnership within a range of perspectives and backgrounds to achieve shared goals and strategies.
Who should attend?
Business owners, managers and those responsible for growth, strategy, finance, IT, HR, culture and communication within their organisation, whether large or small.
Any Cambridge Network member may attend, with the focus of the meeting being on members with under 50 staff. There is a small charge of £15+VAT for members to attend. Please register by clicking on 'Book Now' in the usual way. Non-members may also attend this session at a fee of £25+VAT, or they may wish to join for £50+VAT and come along to many other networking events for free and breakfast events at the member rate. If you wish to attend this event as a non-member, you will need to register as a user here to be able to complete the registration process.
In order to cover our costs for these meetings we will have to charge members £15 / head to confirm your attendance. Please note that the fee is non-refundable for cancellation within 5 working days of the event.
