During these uncertain times of COVID-19 and social distancing, this is a very stressful and challenging time for all of us as we juggle work, home life and family members which is why we are launching our new weekly ‘Time Out Tuesday’ series during COVID-19 to bring community together.

This weekly check in will offer a safe space and the opportunity to engage and connect with others over a virtual coffee break hosted by Lily Cheng, Founder of the Rising Network.

This weekly online session has been designed to support you and to give you a mental break, offering 30 minutes to maintain human connections outside of the home over meaningful conversations.

This is your chance to stay connected with others in an uplifting online video call to discuss challenges, solutions, give and receive support, or simply to listen and learn from others while maintaining physical distance.

This is an informal online event offering a safe space for you to connect, inspire and empower yourself and others.

Free to members. Typically there would be a nominal charge for non-members but we would like to open this event to everyone, making it free to attend to provide a safe and supportive space during COVID-19.

About Odette Kurland: Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher/Trainer, Certified and Registered Laughter Yoga training provider, Natural Laughter Skills Facilitator, Gibberish Coach, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master and Gong Master. Odette is experienced in working with various complimentary therapies and has been working with both individuals and groups for many years.
