In this module, sample introduction techniques for HPLC and LC-MS are taught in detail, including theory, optimisation and applications. These include 6-port manual injectors; autosamplers; full or partial loop injections; flow through needle injection & column volume compatibility.

Delegates will learn about various autosampler injection techniques and when to use them.

This module is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.
