This rigorous and practical programme equips managers and leaders with the tools, experience and knowledge to improve their leadership skills and prepare for greater responsibilities. On completion of the five modules and assignments, attendees will achieve a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (from either ILM or CMI).
