At Inspire 2 Ignite we unlock the potential of young people aged 12-24 with transformative experiences that extend beyond traditional education. Located in Cambridgeshire, we engage young individuals, particularly those at risk of disengagement from education and employment, empowering them through innovative programmes. Our initiatives foster personal growth and skill development, preparing youth for real-world challenges.
Inspire 2 Ignite was founded on the belief that every young person holds the potential to shape a successful and fulfilling future for themselves.
Our mission is to dramatically reduce the number of young people who are not in education, employment, or training. We develop and deliver targeted programmes and experiences that engage and empower these individuals, providing them with meaningful opportunities and support.
We aspire to be a catalyst for change, transforming the trajectory of young lives and steering them towards success and readiness for life’s challenges. Our vision is a community where every young person accesses the tools they need to construct a successful and fulfilling future.

Inspire 2 Ignite’s Young Person Ready (YPR) programme is a membership initiative designed to connect community-conscious businesses with diverse young talent across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region. For an annual fee of £385, members gain the opportunity to post unlimited work experience opportunities, internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level roles, directly engaging with a pool of motivated young individuals eager to contribute and grow.
